Man accused of possessing heroin with the intent to deliver. Mr. Walker secured a video tape from the scene and caught illegal police conduct on tape. The police were unaware of the video and lied under oath. Mr. Walker presented the tape during the Motion to Suppress. Motion GRANTED.
