Commonwealth v. J.V.

Man accused of shooting and injuring an individual in a bar fight. The Philadelphia Police and the FBI claimed that the video equipment in the bar was inoperable. Mr. Walker hired a computer forensic expert to examine the video. The expert found that the equipment was operational and contained some footage from the night in question. Mr. Walker then argued that the video had been spliced by owners of the bar, removing critical footage, showing that J.V. acted in self defense.
