Commonwealth v. J.E.

J.E. was accused of possessing drugs and multiple guns, as well as attempting to kill an individual. After a two hour preliminary hearing, where an FBI informant testified against J.E. and his co-defendants, Mr. Walker argued that J.E. was not part of a conspiracy to kill anybody and that J.E. possessed neither drugs nor guns. The judge agreed with Mr. Walker and discharged the entire case.
