Man facing a 10-20 year mandatory sentence for sexually abusing a child. Prior to trial, Mr. Walker discovered key government documents that the District Attorney failed to find and turn over in discovery. The documents indicated that the child’s own mother originally told authorities that the child routinely lied to her and that she did not believe the allegations of abuse.
