Man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls. D.L. was facing a Third Strike (a mandatory 25 years to life in prison). Mr. Walker interviewed three witnesses that the Commonwealth had overlooked. After Mr. Walker provided the Commonwealth with the witnesses’ statements, the prosecution WITHDREW ALL CHARGES against D.L. on the day of trial. When the judge asked the prosecutor why they were withdrawing the charges, she responded , “We have ‘reasonable doubt issues.'”
