Man was accused of raping his girlfriend’s four-year old stepson. He faced a 10-20 year mandatory prison sentence and a lifetime of Megan’s Law reporting. Mr. Walker showed that the child had been coerced into lying by his father and grandmother and that the child was being used as a pawn by the family. The father wanted to get B.D. arrested so he could restore his relationship with the child’s mother.
