Man accused of shooting and injuring an individual in a bar fight. The Philadelphia Police and the FBI claimed that the video equipment in the bar was inoperable. Mr. Walker hired a computer forensic expert to examine the video. The expert found that the equipment was operational and contained some footage from the night in question. Mr. Walker then argued that the video had been spliced by owners of the bar, removing critical footage, showing that J.V. acted in self defense.

J.E. was accused of possessing drugs and multiple guns, as well as attempting to kill an individual. After a two hour preliminary hearing, where an FBI informant testified against J.E. and his co-defendants, Mr. Walker argued that J.E. was not part of a conspiracy to kill anybody and that J.E. possessed neither drugs nor guns. The judge agreed with Mr. Walker and discharged the entire case.

Man in vehicle accused of illegal possession of a gun. The DA finished calling the police officer to the stand and rested his case. Mr. Walker surprised the DA and called the other arresting officer to the stand. Their stories did not match, and Mr. Walker argued that they were lying. Man charged with illegally possessing a weapon and selling narcotics. Mr. Walker subpoenaed the police officers' employment records and discovered the police had lied about which officers were present at the time of the arrest, and who performed the search of the client's vehicle. Mr. Walker provided the District Attorney's office with the information.

Man sentenced to 5-10 years in prison for a gunpoint robbery. Mr. Walker filed an appeal contending that the sentence was illegal. Both the Superior and Supreme Court agreed that the sentence was illegal.
The case was remanded back to the trial court for a new sentence and A.O. received time served followed by probation.

Man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls. D.L. was facing a Third Strike (a mandatory 25 years to life in prison). Mr. Walker interviewed three witnesses that the Commonwealth had overlooked. After Mr. Walker provided the Commonwealth with the witnesses' statements, the prosecution WITHDREW ALL CHARGES against D.L. on the day of trial. When the judge asked the prosecutor why they were withdrawing the charges, she responded , "We have 'reasonable doubt issues.'"

Man was accused of raping his girlfriend's four-year old stepson. He faced a 10-20 year mandatory prison sentence and a lifetime of Megan's Law reporting. Mr. Walker showed that the child had been coerced into lying by his father and grandmother and that the child was being used as a pawn by the family. The father wanted to get B.D. arrested so he could restore his relationship with the child's mother.

Man facing a 10-20 year mandatory sentence for sexually abusing a child. Prior to trial, Mr. Walker discovered key government documents that the District Attorney failed to find and turn over in discovery. The documents indicated that the child's own mother originally told authorities that the child routinely lied to her and that she did not believe the allegations of abuse. The defense provided the government with the documents and all charges were WITHDRAWN on the day of trial. C.B. avoided a 10-20 year sentence and a life time of Megan's Law reporting.
